Momentum Medical Training was founded and is led by Renata Taymuradova, a healthcare professional and medical educator with 10+ years of hospital-based surgical experience. With a degree in Surgical Technology, she worked in high-acuity operating rooms as a Surgical Technologist, Certified Autologous Blood Management Technician, and Certified Phlebotomy Technician.

 

Her background includes work at Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital, Northside Hospital, and Union General Hospital. An American Heart Association certified instructor, Renata is known for structured, professional training with a strong focus on safety, accountability, and real-world readiness. She created Momentum Medical Training to raise the standard of healthcare education in the Loganville community.

Professional Background

With over 8 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, Russ has worked with organizations such as Amazon, Ricoh USA, Chesapeake Energy, and Colonial Pipeline. He has developed analytics solutions, supported digital transformation, improved operational efficiency, and transformed complex data into actionable business insights.

At Momentum Medical Training, Russ serves as an American Heart Association Instructor and leads operations and growth strategy for the CPR BLS certification programs. He focuses on developing efficient systems, enhancing the student experience, and building partnerships that help businesses and individuals remain trained, compliant, and certified.
